The opening track, “Similar Feelings” (08:07), which lends its name to this robust issue, introduces the listener to an unremitted flowing state, continuing, on the same side, to deliver the punctilious energy of “The Night Before” (05:32). Side B is dedicated in full to “The Gift that Keeps on Giving”, a track that runs for 11:21, building a multispectral image akin to an unearthly reverie.
